Important Notes

• Do not purchase things on our own to be reimbursed by ME department
• Talk to John Klaus about purchasing
• We must make a website on the ME servers
• The requirements outlined by our Needs Analysis did not clearly indicate our component specifications
  • Otherwise report seemed fine

  • Having trouble communicating our ideas, currently working on presentation for Dr. Clark to
  • We took the sub apart on Friday
  • The amount of time that it took to disassemble the sub was unwieldy
• Checked on how we’re doing on talking to others (Frank and Clark)
  • We’ve been talking to them biweekly and weekly respectively
  • Recommends that we meet with non-main advisors as needed
• Make sure we update design when they release requirements
• Submit documents to all professors
• We need work on our functional analysis
  • Thought that our requirements did not clearly communicate our component specs

  • Heavy items have been moved to make less front-heavy

  • Strongly recommend that we do not buy things on our own
    • Not good for students
    • Bad for university tracking
  • John also has travel stuffs for reimbursements
• Do we have to make a whole new website on the ME server?
  • We can keep our own website
  • A website must be hosted on ME server

  • Having a duplicate website is our decision
  • We MUST have archived ALL stuff to ME servers.
  • Suggests perhaps adding a new webmaster, we must have everything on ME servers.
